2"/50mm wide leather collar with the word CUM DUMP in small silver coloured dots. Fits collar size 15" (38.5cm) to 19" (48.5cm).
No idea what it means ... but it seems to be quite popular with my customers, ah well there's nowt as queer as folk as they say!
